Job Brief
Job Summary: Assemble and strip form systems, placing reinforcing steel and embeds, supporting concrete placement and consolidation, and maintaining a safe, efficient work area.
Job Duties:
- Assist with layout and preparation for foundation and wall pours; material staging, site organization, tool setup.
- Assemble, set, brace, and align wall form systems
- Install form ties, walers, braces, strongbacks, and working platforms / scaffolding as directed
- Assist with placement of reinforcing steel (rebar), chairs, wire, dowels, and mats; tie rebar per plan and direction
- Set and secure embeds and inserts such as anchor bolts, plates, sleeves, blockouts, waterstops, and keyways
- Support concrete placement operations
- Strip forms safely, clean and inspect panels and hardware, and prepare for them for reuse
- Assist with crane/forklift staging and movement of form components and materials to reduce hazards
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the foreman/superintendent to support schedule and quality goals
- Follow all safety procedures
Position Report to: General Superintendent/Project Superintendent
Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm (Hours may vary depending on job)

Requirements
18+ years of age
3+ years experience in related field (preferred)
