Met-Con will serve as the Owner's representative under this method from the initial design through project construction to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
We will have a dedicated project manager on-site to perform administrative and managerial services including contract administration, pay requests, supervision, and scheduling for a lump-sum fee.
